We live in Lincolnshire and are chicken mad. We started with a leghorn, rhode island red and a welsummer. We then bought our first three pekins and were hooked. We quickly realised how cheeky pekins are, hence the website name "Cheeky Pekins".
We also have home-hatched barnevelders, lavender leghorns, columbines, silkie crosses, black leghorns, blue pekins in our mixed garden gang.
Quite a mixture but we concentrate mainly on Cheeky Pekins.
Our pekin collection consists of the following at the moment;
Lavender frizzle, red, buff frizzle, columbian, columbian frizzle, millefleur, salmon, crele, crele frizzle, silver partridge
Our breeding groups at the moment consist of pekins in salmon, lavender frizzle, red, columbian and crele
We also have breeding groups of red pyle dutch bantams and porcelain sabelpoots
